Alexa's path to yoga began in 2000, during her exchange semester in Bangalore, India. There she learnt about the Indian philosophy of movement. She practised sporadically at first, then more and more intensively. She studied economics at the renowned Bocconi University in Milan and worked as a tax consultant for several years.
After training as a Prana Vinyasa yoga teacher with Marion Inderst in Merano, everything happened almost by itself, as if in a flow. In 2022, she opened her Anantha Sky Yoga studio in St Josef Street in Sesto and has been giving courses, private lessons and Thai yoga massages ever since.
